A look at the past week and the one game the Lakers will have this week due to the All-Star Break.
The Celtics are coming off a disappointing 1-2 week, with losses against the Lakers and Clippers. The C’s looked like they found their “groove”, but yet again are still inconsistent.
The Los Angeles Lakers had another gruesome week. They went 1-2 last week, the one win coming on Sunday against the Phoenix Suns. Good news and bad news for the Lakers. The good news was that Rajon Rondo returned to action; however, Kyle Kuzma did not play on Thursday or Sunday due to a hip injury.
The Boston Celtics still haven’t got the chemistry together. They have struggled winning games on the road, their road record currently sits at 10-12. They ended up going 2-2 last week and lost back-to-back games on the road.
The Los Angeles Lakers have been awful without LeBron James and Rajon Rondo. If that wasn’t bad enough; Kyle Kuzma has been out for the past two games as well. They were not able to win a game last week.
Welcome Back! Hoop heads we are already into the first week of December and the NBA season, for most teams, is already beginning to take shape for better or worse. Some teams are still fighting the injury bug and others are just losing the fight. We take a deeper look into some of the must-see game this week.
Basketball fans! We are back with another preview of some of the must-see games of the week all in one place for you. We have had a huge trade happen over the weekend as you know as Jimmy Butler heads back to the Eastern Conference to the 76ers. Keep an eye out this week to see how the Timberwolves look now with all this behind them.
The Los Angeles Clippers have been quietly playing good basketball. They are currently 4-2, including wins against the Thunder and the Rockets (twice). This team plays with a lot of heart, led by Patrick Beverly’s defense, Tobias Harris and Lou Williams’ offense; they have been finding ways to win games.
The first six games of the 2018 season are in the books, and the Brooklyn Nets have shown considerable improvement from a season ago.
I wanted to highlight some games in the upcoming week for all us basketball fans to keep a look out for. Here’s a breakdown of the top matchups. Stay Tuned
Although few would dispute that the Eastern Conference is weaker than its Western equivalent in the NBA, there will undoubtedly be an entertaining battle for those final spots in the playoffs out East. Consequently, the schedule is of major importance for these teams hovering around the eighth seed, as the degree of difficulty in their games could make or break their entire season.
