With half the season gone, these potential moves could make or break a team’s chance in the NBA playoffs or provide salary cap relief for future flexibility. That said, I’ve compiled a small list of players who could be on the move soon.

Smith and Kyle Korver, they have finally made their first move, sending Korver to the Utah Jazz for what will be his second stint with the franchise. The now former head coach of the Cavs has done a lot for this organization and it really is not fair to point the finger at him for this bad start, since there is not much anybody could do with this roster and situation.
The defending Eastern Conference champions the Cleveland Cavaliers are in store for a different season after four straight trips to the NBA Finals. Unless you have been in outer space since July, the best player on the planet no longer resides in “The Land” during the NBA season. So change is happening one way or another for the Cavs this season but not everyone left with LeBron to LA.
