New York Jets: 2018 Season Preview
The New York Jets may have found their quarterback of the future in this years draft, but can Sam Darnold lead the Jets to the promise land?

A disappointing loss to the Falcons in last year’s playoffs derailed what still can be seen as a major step forward. The Rams seem to have gotten better over the offseason as well. We will take a look at why the Rams are the team to beat this year in the NFC.
The Philadelphia Eagles had a fantastic season last year, considering they won the Super Bowl. They started off 11-1 through 12 weeks last year and ended at 13-3. They could’ve easily gone 14-2 but made the smart decision to rest their starters for Week 17. The question is…can they repeat?
The Jacksonville Jaguars had a ten point lead on Tom Brady and the Patriots on the road and looked on their way to a Super Bowl before some questionable calls. Can they replicate the same type of season or more success this season?
2017 was a year that the New York Giants hope to erase from existence. They had Super Bowl aspirations going into the season after they finished with an 11-5 record in 2016, but the team completely imploded as they finished with 13 losses, the most in the history of the franchise. No one could predict the onslaught of despair that would befall the New York Giants last year.
The Los Angeles Chargers as they are now known always seem to be in the mix for the AFC West. Sometimes they are touted as a contender for the AFC crown. This year is no different as far as expectations, but can they realize their potential?
At the time of this writing, you might have heard that Khalil Mack was traded to the Chicago Bears unless you’re still waking up on the west coast. The news came out fast and furious this morning being reported from different outlets but none more trusted than Adam Schefter and Ian Rapoport.
The Indianapolis Colts have been hyped every year, but will they be able to live up to expectations now that Andrew Luck is healthy?
Can the Buccanneers return to 2016 form when they finished second in the division? Will Winston show improvements? Will the pass rush show up?
We are now about a week away from Week 1 as the exciting start to the NFL regular season nears closer. For most teams, this final preseason matchup is nothing more than the last rehearsal before final roster cuts, as the 2018 kickoff is just on the horizon.
No one was happy with the 6-10 performance of the Oakland Raiders last season, including upper management who decided Jack Del Rio’s time in the Bay Area was up. Can they bounce back to 2016 and show last year was a fluke?
As opening day gets ever closer, we want to continue to look at what can be expected by teams for the upcoming season. The NFC North has plenty of potential to be a tough division, but there are many question marks, namely with the health and development of young players and players returning from injury. The Chicago Bears are hoping everything clicks for them in 2018, so they can, at least, put up a good fight.
