The Los Angeles Angels had a disappointing season in 2018. They finished under .500 and they weren’t really in contention in 2018. They made big acquisitions last offseason acquiring OF/SP Shohei Ohtani via FA, SS Zack Cozart via FA, and Justin Upton via Trade. The Angels dealt with major injuries in their pitching staff throughout the 2018 season and ultimately it led to their fall in 2018.

Hard to believe it’s almost been two decades since Ichiro Suzuki made the trip from Japan to America to play for the Seattle Mariners. It’s almost just as unfathomable to imagine his career has officially come to an end, with his retirement becoming official as part of the Mariners’ 5-4 win over the Oakland A’s in Japan.

If we are being honest, all I have to do is say “yikes” and that would be my preview of this team. Just an absolutely terrible ball-club. Hard to believe that only a few years ago, the Orioles had Manny Machado, Chris Davis (when he was good) Adam Jones, and Matt Wieters. This team reached the ALCS in 2014. So how were they this past season? 47-115 and finished dead-last in the AL East for the second straight year. This will be a painful process, but let’s take a look at what the Orioles will field this season.
