The past season and offseason have been one to remember for Tampa Bay Buccaneer fans. The team’s starting quarterback was the first one to throw 30 touchdowns as well as 30 interceptions. Flash forward to the present and they have Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski without losing any of their significant players. Here are five bold things for the 2020 season for the Buccaneers.

Five Bold Predictions for the Pittsburgh Steelers

Last season is one Steelers fans would like to forget. Upon losing Ben Roethlisberger in the second game of the year, everyone was treated to a steady diet of Mason Rudolph and Devlin Hodges. Despite the defense being among the top five in the league statistically, the Steelers’ offense suffered. One has to respect the fact that they were nearly a playoff team with such mediocre quarterback play. An optimist would say the Steelers could be a significantly better team with Roethlisberger back at the helm. Plus, in rather a heartbreaking retrospect, the longstanding Calgary Flames captain experienced the greatest triumph of his career while wearing a different shade of red. Although he never hoisted the Stanley Cup himself, Jarome Iginla enjoyed a lengthy spell of both NHL and international superstardom that deserves a second glance.

The Packers drafting Jordan Love: Smart Move or Wasted Pick?

On Thursday night, the Green Bay Packers shocked the world by trading up to select Utah State quarterback Jordan Love with the 26th pick in the NFL Draft. It seems safe to assume none of the teams in front of them needed a quarterback. However, when teams have a target they covet, they aren’t shy about making moves to assure they get them.

Analyzing the Effects of Christian McCaffrey's Extension

The world is a rough place right now, but if you’re Christian McCaffrey, you’ve got plenty to smile about. The 23-year-old running back signed a four-year, $64 million dollar deal this week with just over $30 million dollars guaranteed. Just think a few years ago, running backs weren’t making $10 million dollars a season. Now, with each passing running back contract, the market gets considerably higher. However, McCaffrey’s deal certainly should be the ceiling for a running back.
