Well, folks. Here it is. The final game of the MLB season. The last chance to play MLB DFS for five months. Of course, we still have plenty of DFS coverage for the NHL and NFL, but let’s take a look at some values and see if we can finish the 2019 MLB season on a winning note.
Last night the Houston Astros got their first win of the series behind a solid performance from Zack Greinke. Tonight they will look to even the series at two games apiece. Let’s see what players we should have in our MLB DFS lineups.
The Washington Nationals are two games away from claiming the first World Series in the nation’s capital since 1924. They are home and surely are looking to close the series out, lest they return to Houston for a game six and/or seven. Let’s see what tonight will bring in MLB DFS.

Game Four of the ALCS was supposed to be last night. Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans. What the change in schedule does for us though is it gives us a rematch of the Game One starters. It will be cool at Yankee Stadium tonight, and the wind will be blowing out toward the short right-field porch at about 16 mph. There should be a few souvenirs for the fans in those seats tonight.
No one teases their fan base quite like the Mets do. My first two articles for this site came earlier this year in March and April if my memory serves me correctly. The St. Louis Cardinals and Washington Nationals both won their series despite playing three games on the road. The Cards exploded for 10 runs in the first inning in Game Five against the Atlanta Braves basically ending Game Five before it barely started. The Nats had to fight a bit more. Anthony Rendon and Juan Soto hit homers off Clayton Kershaw in the eighth inning to tie the game. Howie Kendrick then blasted a Grand Slam in the tenth to take Game Five 7-3 in Los Angeles. Let’s take a look at how these two underdogs stack up against each other.
It all comes down to this for the four teams in the National League. Two will move on, and two will go home. Two teams will feel the thrill of victory, and two will know the agony of defeat. Okay, screw it. No more cliches. We’re here to make money, so let’s get down to it.

This series should be full of scoring as the Yankees and Twins were #1 and #2 in HRs (Twins 307-Yankees 306) and runs (Yankees 943-Twins 939). The pitching will have to be on point for both sides and mistakes in the field and on the basepaths will give the other side extra outs.
