The story of week seven was the re-emergence of Aaron Rodgers as an elite fantasy quarterback. This week features an absolute smash spot for Deshaun Watson and the Houston Texans. We’ll also see Kirk Cousins look to continue his hot streak in a revenge game against the Washington Redskins. We’re almost at the half-way point of the season and hopefully, you are contending in your leagues. If not, it’s time to turn the season around. On to the rankings!
Week six featured the triumphant return of Tyreek Hill, continued dominance from Deshaun Watson, and a breakout performance from Kyler Murray. The biggest question we have heading into week seven is the health of Patrick Mahomes, as he’s been slowed down by a bum ankle over the last two weeks. Will Mahomes rebound against a rejuvenated Broncos’ defense on a short week?
Week five was filled with phenomenal performances, with monster games from Deshaun Watson, Christian McCaffrey, Aaron Jones, Amari Cooper, Will Fuller, as well as the Philadelphia Eagles D/ST. Week six has a few projected shootouts, including a heavyweight bout between the two best young quarterbacks in the league. I’m sure that we’ll be in for a few surprises this week!
Week four of the NFL season included a number of disappointing performances from elite players. We saw quarterbacks Patrick Mahomes, Matt Ryan, and Tom Brady all fail to throw touchdown passes. We also saw some massive rushing totals, with Nick Chubb and Leonard Fournette going off for a combined 390 yards. The fantasy football season is a roller-coaster ride filled with surprises and disappointments. Buckle up and let’s see what week five brings!
The third week of the season featured a phenomenal debut by a rookie quarterback, a couple of week-winning performances from wide receivers, and a significant injury to a superstar running back. Bye weeks take effect for the first time this season, with the Jets and 49ers getting the week off. On to week four we go!
The story of the second week of the NFL season was the continued re-shuffling of the elite fantasy quarterbacks, with upstarts like Lamar Jackson and Dak Prescott establishing themselves within the top tier. Let’s see what they have in store for week three!
The first week of the NFL season featured several impressive debuts from rookie receivers, along with dominance from the elite RB1s and a breakout performance by a certain running quarterback that plays for the Baltimore Ravens. While we can draw insights from week one, it’s important not to overreact, since it’s only one game. On to week two!
The 2019 NFL season is almost here! Well, the preseason at least. The Hall of Fame game between the Atlanta Falcons and Denver Broncos is tomorrow. The regular season is a little more than five weeks away, but football is back baby! Of course, that means redraft fantasy leagues will be drafting left and right over the next month or so. With that in mind, here are my top 12 tight ends for the 2019 season.
