The Chicago Bears underwent a fairly large transformation this offseason, moving on from Mitchell Trubisky and replacing him with a different first-round quarterback in Justin Fields. While the Ohio State product might not start for the Bears right away, his eventual emergence should equate to further success (both on the field and in fantasy leagues) for Chicago’s entire offense.
With the 32nd pick in the 2020 NFL draft, the Kansas City Chiefs select Clyde Edwards-Helaire, the running back from LSU. The Chiefs bypassed much bigger needs at cornerback, defensive line, and offensive line to secure the most versatile running back in the draft. The rich got richer.

Last week’s Thursday night game between the New York Giants and the New England Patriots was a closer game than many expected, at least till the fourth quarter. Eventually, the Patriots won 35-14 as the defense scored two touchdowns to match Tom Brady’s two rushing touchdowns. While the game wasn’t full of fantasy points, Golden Tate and Julian Edelman joined Brady and the Patriots D/ST as the only players to score more than 14 fantasy points in the game. Hopefully, tonight’s game offers more big-time fantasy scorers.
