The Arizona Cardinals and three other teams select their new franchise quarterback and the Oakland Raiders add three talented players to their roster in Griffin Clark’s second mock draft.
The 2018 season was like night and day for the Dallas Cowboys. After starting the season 3-4, the Cowboys traded for Oakland Raiders’ wide receiver Amari Cooper and the whole season turned around. With Cooper on the roster, the Cowboys won seven of their last nine games and took home the NFC East title for the second time in three years. After winning their home playoff game against the Seattle Seahawks, 24-22, the Cowboys lost to the Los Angeles Rams 30-22 in the divisional round.
Antonio Brown is a star pass-catcher, of course. But there is another reason why pulling off a trade for AB would be a clever move for the Dallas Cowboys.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is it. Week 14, the fantasy football playoffs. Congratulations to those of us who have reached our first goal. Now we must re-dedicate ourselves and re-focus all of our energy onto the next three weeks. It is win or go home, and I don’t know about you, but I want to win. There is one very important rule when preparing for an epic playoff run: don’t get cute. Julio Jones only had three fantasy points last week, but this week’s matchup vs the Packers should be a shootout between two bad defenses. Start Julio Jones. And don’t get thrown by a matchup and start a much less talented player in a good matchup over an elite player with a bad one. Matchups are a factor, but not the only factor.
In a game they desperately needed in order to gain control in the NFC East, the Dallas Cowboys came up big in claiming a 31-23 victory over the Washington Redskins on Thanksgiving day. They’ve won three straight games, since a 28-14 loss to the Tennessee Titans, where they looked dead in the water. Amari Cooper had a bit of a coming out party, contributing back-to-back third-quarter touchdowns.
This is 2018’s last devastating bye-week as six teams are on bye. With the playoffs looming right around the corner these next three games will determine if you are going to be challenging for a title or if you are going to looking forward to 2019. These next three games are the most important of the season and it is more crucial than ever before that we make the right lineup decisions. So sit tight as I tell you who needs to be on your starting roster this week and who you need to bench in order to avoid the devastating bust performance that could end your season. The following start and sits are recommended based on their matchups this week.
I’m sure Amari Cooper is a great person. I’m sure he is very giving and is heavily involved in his community. But as a fantasy player on my team, I hate him. I don’t hate him as a person, just as a fantasy player. I drafted him in a dynasty league his rookie season and was rewarded with over 1,000 yards and six touchdowns. But in the championship game, he got me two catches for ten yards ahhhhhh.
The 2018 NFL trade deadline is off to a wild start as the Dallas Cowboys have acquired Raiders wide receiver
No one was happy with the 6-10 performance of the Oakland Raiders last season, including upper management who decided Jack Del Rio’s time in the Bay Area was up. Can they bounce back to 2016 and show last year was a fluke?
