Miami Dolphins Season Review

Miami’s season started off great out of the gate, and we’re looking good at 3-0. Led by a finally healthy Ryan Tannehill, who hadn’t played since 2016. The bubble was swiftly burst as back-to-back losses followed, which included a blowout loss to the New England Patriots in week 4, and then just a week later Tannehill picked up a shoulder injury late in week 5 against the Cincinnati Bengals. Brock Osweiler would fill in for five games, going 2-3.

Saints vs Eagles NFC Divisional Round Preview

When these two teams last faced off in New Orleans in week 11, the Philadelphia Eagles played their worst game in recent memory, getting run out of the Superdome, 48-7. We should expect the Eagles to be able to do a much better job at scoring with the New Orleans Saints this time. The Saints had a much different road to the playoffs, finishing up the regular season 13-3 and grabbing the number one seed. Philadelphia, on the other hand, had to dig themselves out of a 4-6 hole, winning five of the last six and beating the Bears in the wild-card round.

Colts vs Texans AFC Wildcard Preview

The first game of the NFL Playoffs has the potential to be one of the best wildcard matchups this weekend. The Indianapolis Colts were only the third team in NFL history to work themselves back from a 1-5 hole and win a playoff spot. As remarkable as that feat is. You have the Houston Texans, who were the first team to survive a 0-3 start and punch their ticket.

Having just recently lost Scott Satterfield to Louisville, Mark Ivey will step in and coach the Mountaineers for now. Middle Tennessee is playing in a school-record fourth straight bowl game and fifth in the last six years. They will be looking to bounce back, after blowing the Conference USA Title in a 27-25 nail-biter against UAB in early December.

Las Vegas Bowl Preview

The #21 ranked Fresno State Bulldogs have the opportunity for their first-ever 12-win season when they face Arizona State in the Las Vegas Bowl on December 15. For Arizona State. I’m sure they would love nothing more than to finish off Herm Edwards first season, with the Bowl win over a ranked opponent. Arizona State and Fresno State have met just three times, with the Sun Devils winning all three meetings. Quite surprisingly though all three games were through the years of 1931-41.

Dallas Cowboys In Tough Fight For NFC East Supremacy

In a game they desperately needed in order to gain control in the NFC East, the Dallas Cowboys came up big in claiming a 31-23 victory over the Washington Redskins on Thanksgiving day. They’ve won three straight games, since a 28-14 loss to the Tennessee Titans, where they looked dead in the water. Amari Cooper had a bit of a coming out party, contributing back-to-back third-quarter touchdowns.
