Week 12 in the NFL brings a massive game between two 7-3 teams looking for an edge in the AFC South. The Titans and Colts are both coming off big wins against the Baltimore Ravens and Green Bay Packers respectively.
In this season thus far, Dallas and Washington have been unsuccessful, as has the whole NFC East. The Cowboys this week are playing for a third win, to add to their 2-4 record. Meanwhile, Washington is looking to put their foot back into the door for the division, and add to their 1-5 record. Both quarterbacks in this game are coming off absolutely dismal performances, so anything that steps up their Week 6 disappearing act would be a push in the right way.
In a game that every expert expected the San Franciso 49ers to run away with, the Miami Dolphins were the ones who pulled away. This game was expected to be a get back in shape kind of game for the Niners, but it ended up being an aerial assault by the Dolphins that conquered the day.
The Miami Dolphins and San Francisco 49ers come into this Week 5 matchup after losing their Week 4 matchups. The Dolphins fought hard but were cut down to size by the Seattle Seahawks, and the Niners were upset by a winless Philadelphia Eagles team. The storyline coming into this game will be if Jimmy Garoppolo will be able to find receivers down the field against the weak Dolphin secondary.

Week 2 was a tale of two different tapes for the Las Vegas Raiders and New England Patriots, the Raiders had the upset of the week, defeating the New Orleans Saints at home. The Patriots, on the other hand, were defeated in Seattle by the Seahawks, after being cruelly denied on the goalline by the Seahawk defense. Both teams would benefit massively from this win, the Patriots need to keep pace in the AFC East with the 2-0 Buffalo Bills, and the Raiders need to keep pace with the Kansas City Chiefs who are 2-0.

They had a lead all the way until the fourth quarter, where the Chiefs led one last championship push and won the game. But all was not lost for the 49ers, for the first time since the Jim Harbaugh era, the Niners have a concrete identity. Their identity is to run the ball, play great defense, and keep the ball for the majority of the game. If they want to have success this year, they have to play bully ball like last year.
