This free agency period has been… interesting, to say the absolute least. Tom Brady is unofficially a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Philip Rivers and his tribe of children are Indianapolis-bound, and Teddy Bridgewater is the new starter in Carolina. So, what teams are still in the quarterback market? Who are the major players still in the market? Let’s get into it.
Welcome to my recap of the first day of free agency, or at least tampering. A lot went down today. A lot of wholes were filled by some teams, and a lot were opened by others (*cough* Texans *cough*). Overall, this has been a really exciting day for the average football fan. Let’s get into it.
The Bills finally made a huge move today, but it didn’t have to do with free agency. Everybody has been mocking Tee Higgins to the Bills at 22, and as a Bills fan, I’ve been sick to my stomach. There’s nothing I want less than a big-bodied receiver who is slow, not agile, and runs a limited route tree. Well, I no longer have to worry about that.
