The Bruins made their presence known at the trade deadline, acquiring veteran winger Marcus Johansson from the New Jersey Devils. In return, the Devils got a second-round pick in the 2019 draft as well as a fourth-round pick in the 2020 draft.
We see it every year. A player who has been good during the course of his career has a down year. It happens. Last year, it was Eric Hosmer, Kris Bryant (for his standards), and Jake Arrieta. In my opinion, Mets fans will be waiting a while for their franchise to be successful but I’ve been known to be wrong here and there.
