At this time, the New York Jets have some assets to be excited about. The team is also not perfect. There are some fair questions and concerns to have at certain positions.
What an exciting draft weekend! Now all that we can do is talk about the prospects each team drafted. One thing is certain from the weekend, the Detroit Lions got better with each of their picks. As well, It is no secret that Lions head coach Matt Patricia and general manager Bob Quinn needed impact players that could play right away, as they are on the hot seat. From this draft, the Lions picked several pro-ready players that will make a difference in their 2020 season. With that said, this is the recap of the Lions draft and highlights the players they drafted.
The Lions came into this game thinking that a Chicago offense lead by Mitchell Trubisky would at least put a band-aid on the problems that were on the defensive side. It turned out not to be true. While Trubisky only threw for 145 yards, the Lions secondary allowed him to throw for three touchdowns, and that’s all the Bears needed in a 20-13 victory over Detroit.
Well back again to go into week eight of the NFL season and you’re either sitting comfortably or barley hanging on hope to get into the playoffs. To help fantasy football players with their roster construction, three of our writers have provided some insight on which players they would start, would sit, and consider a sleeper for week eight.
