This season has been an offensive albatross for the Los Angeles Rams. They have yet to resemble the explosive unit so many revered. That is one of the reasons why refinding that balance they had over the past two seasons is a major key for them this week against the Chicago Bears.
As week ten becomes a distant memory and a Thursday night matchup between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns looms on the horizon, let’s take a look at some of the best rookie performances from the past weekend. We saw several offensive skill position players flash while some defensive rookies proved the critics wrong. Who were the top dogs last week? Who has the best odds this weekend? I think that’s an important thing to know and can sometimes get confused whenever the two are mentioned separately. For that reason, I’ve tried to avoid mentioning my cash game plays for this article. There’s merit to using or fading certain players in tournaments, whether it be ownership expectations, bust potential, etc. But, as I said earlier, just about all of the cash game plays are viable for tournaments.
