College basketball is rolling right through the regular season. February is a key month for teams and the first AP Poll of the month has been released as programs try and continue to build their resumes.

There are many occasions of players having a strong pre-draft process that sends their draft stock soaring. A great example of that this year is Houston’s edge rusher, Payton Turner. Turner has a bunch of tools at his disposal that make him a very intriguing prospect with a ton of upside in the draft.

Welcome back to another edition of Cap’n Kielar’s Best Bets! Let’s roll with the final Conference Championships before we find out the NCAA Tournament field of 68 is on Selection Sunday. Time to add to the bankroll before it’s time to fill out those brackets.

The NFL received a massive influx of talent at the receiver position following the 2020 draft, and the 2021 class will provide similar results. Guys found on days two and three will provide teams with solid performers at the receiver spot. One of those players is Marquez Stevenson. The Houston product is a speedy receiver that can break a long play in a split second.
Another week is down and we are still up. Since I have been keeping track of my picks, I am 15-8-2. Not to brag, but if it was legal for me to gamble on sports, I would be pretty damn rich. So if you are allowed to gamble, it’s time to get rich. If you are like me, let’s get theoretically rich!
