There has been a lot of news from Chicago so far this season. Most of it of the “not so good” variety.
Welcome Back, Hoop heads! We are already into January and the NBA season is getting into full swing, with playoff prospects for most teams already beginning to take shape for better or worse. Some teams are still fighting the injury bug and others are just losing the fight. We take a deeper look into some of the must-see games this week. Stay tuned!
When NBA fans hear ‘Derrick Rose’ the first thing many think of is the horrendous list of injuries he’s endured throughout his career. The youngest MVP in NBA history began his ordeal with injuries right after his MVP season in 2011 with the Chicago Bulls. Every season since, Rose faced injury after injury, many of which were serious and believed to be career-ending. Now, with the Minnesota Timberwolves, Rose has blossomed into a player fans thought they’d never see again. During Rose’s return to Chicago on December 26, he was showered with MVP chants from his hometown fans. Who would have ever thought D-Rose would have such a comeback? How did he do it?
The NBA has a lot of different deadlines. There’s the trade deadline in February, which is one of my favorite days of the year, the mid-season resigning deadline, the deadline to submit playoff-eligible rosters, and the deadline that a team can have a maximum of 15 full-time players and 2 two-way players by the end of the preseason.
This week, the Golden State Warriors look to get back on the right track end their three-game home skid. This should be pretty easy as far as NBA games go for Golden State, as they enter one of their easiest weeks of the entire season following two very tough games against some top-flight competition.
This week’s spotlight is shining on a fifth-year pro out of Colorado PG. Spencer Dinwiddie was a Second Round Pick (38th Overall) back in the 2014 NBA Draft by the Detroit Pistons. It has not been an easy road for Spencer up until this point.
Welcome Back hoop heads! we are already into the second week of December and the NBA season, for most teams, is already beginning to take shape for better or worse. Some teams are still fighting the injury bug and others are just losing the fight. We take a deeper look into some of the must-see game this week.
Happy Holidays basketball fans! We are moving along in this NBA season and are already in week 6. Some teams’ seasons are taking shape the way we thought they would, while others are headed in a totally unexpected direction. Could this be the week that they put together some wins and get back on track? Let’s take a look at some of the most intriguing match-ups.
The 6-Time World Champion Chicago Bulls have a storied history but haven’t made it to the NBA Finals in 20 years. They may be a few years away from a Finals appearance but can they take a step forward and get into the playoffs?
The Boston Celtics were absolutely dominant in their 105-83 game No. 6 victory over the Chicago Bulls. The Celtics have
