Welcome! It’s time for me to predict the entire 2019 season. You don’t believe I’ll get everything right? Me neither, but it’s worth a shot.

Without further ado, let’s dive in.

Standings

AFC East

New England Patriots: 11-5
The Pats take the AFC East title yet again, led by Tom Brady and Co.

Buffalo Bills: 8-8
Josh Allen impresses and the Bills falls just a bit shy of the playoffs.

New York Jets: 6-10
Sam Darnold and Le’Veon Bell play good, but it’s not enough for a shocking season.

Miami Dolphins: 4-12
They’re tanking for Tua whether they want to or not.

AFC North

Pittsburgh Steelers: 10-6
The trio of Ben Roethlisberger, JuJu Smith-Schuster, and James Conner will lock up the division.

Cleveland Browns: 9-7
Cleveland’s offseason additions help the team snag the second Wild Card spot.

Baltimore Ravens: 9-7
It’ll come down to the last game again, but Baltimore will miss the playoffs this year.

Cincinnati Bengals: 5-11
Cincinnati has some good offensive weapons but the bad offensive line will spoil any positive hopes.

AFC South

Indianapolis Colts: 10-6
Andrew Luck and Co. find the playoffs for the second season in a row.

Jacksonville Jaguars: 9-7
The defense and Nick Foles help bring this team a great season, but they fall shy of the playoffs.

Houston Texans: 7-9
A great team in a tough division, Houston finishes below .500.

Tennessee Titans: 6-10
It’s a contract year for Marcus Mariota, but he’ll still struggle.

AFC West

Kansas City Chiefs: 11-5
Patrick Mahomes comes back down to Earth, but he still leads the team to the playoffs.

Los Angeles Chargers: 10-6
Philip Rivers and the upgraded Los Angeles defense lock up the top wild card spot.

Oakland Raiders: 7-9
The team’s impressive offseason helped their record, but they struggle in a tough division.

Denver Broncos: 6-10
Someone needs to man the caboose. Denver struggles with Joe Flacco under center.

NFC East

Philadelphia Eagles: 10-6
Believe it or not, Carson Wentz stays healthy and everything else goes as planned.

Dallas Cowboys: 9-7
Dallas continued to play a bit better than mediocre but missed the playoffs.

New York Giants: 6-10
This is a generous record for a team struggling all around. But Saquon Barkley is pretty good.

Washington Redskins: 5-11
A lot could happen in 2019 for Washington, but it’s not looking too good.

NFC North

Chicago Bears: 10-6
The defense quiets down a bit but the team still makes their way into the playoffs.

Green Bay Packers: 8-8
Mediocrity for Green Bay, as Aaron Rodgers and Co. finish with a .500 record.

Minnesota Vikings: 7-9
Minnesota remains unlucky and finishes below .500.

Detroit Lions: 6-10
Detroit has the potential to be a solid team but it doesn’t go that way in 2019.

NFC South

Atlanta Falcons: 10-6
Defensive line, secondary, offensive line, quarterback, wide receiver, running back, tight end. Atlanta has it all.

New Orleans Saints: 10-6
Drew Brees struggles a bit but the team still snags the top wild card spot.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: 7-9
Jameis Winston plays really well in his contract year, but Tampa struggles against division-mates.

Carolina Panthers: 7-9
Is Cam Newton really healthy? The Panthers will miss out on the playoffs yet again.

NFC West

Los Angeles Rams: 11-5
The league’s best wide receiver trio will help Los Angeles return to the playoffs in 2019.

Seattle Seahawks: 10-6
A breakout year from Tyler Lockett (and rookie D.K. Metcalf) help Seattle secure the second wild card spot.

San Francisco 49ers: 8-8
Jimmy Garoppolo and George Kittle look good, but San Francisco finishes at .500.

Arizona Cardinals: 4-12
Arizona secures the No. 2 pick in the draft. Kyler Murray doesn’t finishes the season on the bench.

Andrew Luck and his dominant offense are able to navigate the Chargers’ defense to secure a one-possession lead early and hold the lead until the final whistle sounds.

No stranger to each other, the Steelers and Browns battle it out but the undeniable talent in Pittsburgh eliminates Cleveland.

The Saints pull of an upset as the lower-seeded Saints find a way to pick apart the Bears’ defense and advance to the Divisional Round.

The Seattle Seahawks put up a fight but, in the end, the Falcons’ endless talent and depth helped them secure the win and advance to the divisional round.

The Chiefs, able to pull away early, win by several possessions in this high-scoring game that ends Indianapolis’ season in the second round of the playoffs.

These teams have played each other several times, and yet again the matchup extends to overtime, with New England getting the last laugh.

A rematch of last year’s NFC Championship, the Rams secure the playoff win over New Orleans for the second year in a row — without a controversial call this time.

NFC Divisional: Atlanta Falcons (3) defeat Philadelphia Eagles (2)

The Falcons defense quickly shuts down the Eagles’ offense. Meanwhile, the Atlanta offensive unit slowly rips apart Philly’s defensive staff. The Falcons cruise to a sizable victory and advance to the NFC Championship.

AFC Championship: Kansas City Chiefs (1) defeat New England Patriots (2)

After New England beat Kansas City in both the 2018 regular season and playoffs, the tables turn in 2019 as Kansas City goes 2-0 against the Pats and advance to the Super Bowl.

NFC Championship: Atlanta Falcons (3) defeat Los Angeles Rams (1)

The Rams were able to hold off previous opponents, but Atlanta is no match for Los Angeles, as the Falcons breeze by the Rams and secure a huge win.

The Chiefs’ season crumbles just shy of a Super Bowl ring, as the Falcons secure their first league championship in the history of the Atlanta franchise.
