The Cup Series stays in Daytona for another week. This following last Sunday’s season debut, which saw Front Row driver Michael McDowell collect his first-ever Daytona 500 win. However, instead of racing on the traditional 2.5-mile Superspeedway, they will be running on the Daytona Road Course.

Coming into Sunday with one last opportunity in which to qualify himself into the Championship Four and 26 points below cutoff, Chase Elliott was not prepared to leave anything to chance, as he was pretty much going to have to win in order to punch his ticket to Phoenix.
