It’s Thursday, and that means we have football on tonight. The game is a good one as Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers head North to face Nick Foles and the Chicago Bears. This is the first matchup of former Super Bowl MVPs since they joined their new teams.
Thanks to Covid-19, we got two games on Monday night. While neither was a nail biter, it was nice to have two games on Monday. Hopefully, the NFL realizes we don’t need seven or more games in the early afternoon window and moves one to Monday night starting next year. However, it’s now Thursday, and that means it’s time to set your fantasy lineups.
A few weeks back, I wrote a similar article like this one providing six running backs to target on the waiver wire after we saw Saquon Barkley and Christian McCaffrey end up on injured reserve. Unfortunately, we had another weekend with two more star running backs going down with serious injuries.
Thanks to Covid-19, the 2020 NFL season will be one full of on the fly changes. After Cam Newton tested positive Saturday, the league decided to push back the New England Patriots’ game against the Kansas City Chiefs to Monday night.
On Thursday night, we got an entertaining game between the Denver Broncos and New York Jets. Despite the over/under total closing at 41 points in most spots, the game easily went over the total as the final score was 37-28.
The best part about fantasy football is winning. The second best part is the draft. However, the draft has come and gone, and fantasy owners struggle with who to start, who to sit, and who to target as a sleeper each week.
Tonight we have the battle of winless teams. The Denver Broncos head east to New York to take on the Jets. The team’s fan base and fantasy football players will have their eyes glued to the game, watching every play with the utmost attention. For gamblers, their only rooting interest is whatever will lead to money in their pocket.
Hopefully, you enjoyed Monday night’s game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens because tonight’s game is going to be a major letdown. The banged up Denver Broncos head to New York to take on the dysfunctional Jets.

To celebrate the mostly healthy Week 3 slate of games, the NFL provided us with the biggest game of the year tonight. The Kansas City Chiefs head to Baltimore to take on the Ravens, in a matchup of what most consider the two best teams in the league.
On Thursday, the Miami Dolphins pulled off the upset over the Jacksonville Jaguars, winning 31-13. Despite being three-point underdogs, the Dolphins had a controlling wire to wire victory over the Jaguars. Hopefully, tomorrow’s games are filled with underdog upsets like the one on Thursday night.

In recent memory, these have been two of the worst franchises in NFL history. The Washington Football Team heads to Cleveland to take on the Browns. Both teams haven’t made the playoffs in quite some time. Washington last made the playoffs in 2015, while the Browns haven’t since the 2002 season.
