Too Much Pod Tar: Baseball Experts Hall of Fame Reaction

On Tuesday night, the voting results of the 2022 Baseball Hall of Fame ballot were announced. Carson Babbini and Johnnie Black joined Alex Kielar on the Too Much Pod Tar podcast to give live reactions. The guys started an hour prior to the announcement and discussed some of the players on the ballot who they thought should get in. David Ortiz was then announced as the only player to be voted in with 77.9 percent of the vote. In addition, Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens were not voted in on their 10th and final years on the ballot. Following that, the guys – specifically Alex – had some choice words for the Hall of Fame voters.

On top of the Hall of Fame discussion, the guys also touched on the current labor situation in the major leagues. But, they didn’t just stick to baseball, which is common. Other topics that came up were Football, the Cleveland Guardians, Marvel, and Sean Payton. There is nothing that these guys can’t talk about and our range of knowledge at this site is second-to-none. With that in mind, check out all of our other podcasts and YouTube shows.
