Tristan Wirfs is a strong, talented offensive tackle who will be a huge help for Tampa Bay in 2020. Coming from the University of Iowa, the Buccaneers’ first-round pick had a great college career and was one of the best at his position over the last four years. He possesses great blocking skills and adequately protects the quarterback.

A talented player, Wirfs started all 13 games in 2019, with three coming at left tackle and 10 at right tackle. He was great at giving his quarterback time in the pocket. If the quarterback chose to scramble, he was blocking, as well. Wirfs had a talented college career and the Buccaneers will definitely appreciate him in 2020 as he is tasked with protecting Tom Brady.

The Buccaneers are looking forward to having a big offensive lineman like Wirfs on their team. He will be effective for them in big ways as he will work great with the other players on blocking and protecting Tom Brady. He will also give Brady time in the pocket and keep the pocket from collapsing fast. Further, Wirfs will be a great factor in the run game as he can open up holes for Ronald Jones and the other backs. This Tampa Bay offensive line is even stronger after adding Tristan Wirfs.
