Over the last two month or so, NFL scouts have attended college practices and games, getting a look at some of the upcoming draft prospects for the 2022 Draft. There is plenty of movement throughout the year in terms of which prospects are soaring up draft boards while others plummet. On what was one of the best college football Saturdays we’ve had in the past couple of seasons, so much was found out about various teams across the nation. Giants fell, some teams rolled, and others struggled as we head deeper and deeper into these fall months.

Week 3 didn’t have many surprises, as many of the top teams in the country took care of business. On the Heisman front, two guys really solidified themselves as the top two candidates while others saw their stock move up or down.
After a long wait, the season got off to a rocking start, featuring many upset victories for teams that were projected to pick high in the 2022 NFL Draft. As a result, some teams are lower in the draft order, in no part thanks to a team from Jacksonville Florida, and some teams that will likely be in the playoffs are higher in the draft order. The draft order made for one wild mock draft ahead of Week 2 of the NFL season.
The second week of the 2021 college football season is officially over. There were some upsets and surprises but the top Heisman candidates all performed pretty well. With that being the case, there won’t be much movement in the rankings for this week.
With the start of the NFL season looming and college football kicking off, we now get back to our favorite time of the year. 2022 draft season is waiting in the wings and it is never too early to start up the mocks. Let’s get into the first of our weekly NFL mock drafts.
