The 2021 MLB Draft will begin on July 11, 2021. We take a look at Sean Burke, the 75th overall ranked prospect in this draft class.
How much patience is too much? For category leagues in particular, having pitchers from the list below can crush your fantasy team’s chances. We all know, however, that many players are slow starters or battling a minor injury and will eventually turn their season around.
Asher Wojciechowski has bumped around the league for years. Finally, at age 30 he might get the starts he needs to make an impact on fantasy baseball teams. Playing for a horrible Orioles team this year, Asher has finally gotten his shot and so far as made the most of it. In five games and four starts he has posted a 1-3 record with a 12.13 K/9, 1.04 WHIP and 3.91 ERA. He can become a potential player who wins you your fantasy leagues, but of course there are some risks.
Yonny Chirinos has cemented himself into the Tampa Bay Rays rotation this year. The Rays have been known to bring out the best in the players they have, and I truly think they have done that with Yonny.
Max Fried
Max Fried started the year off hot with a 2.43 ERA in May. He has since cooled off putting up an ERA of 4.11 in May and 5.68 ERA in June. I wouldn’t shy away from him though; in fact, I would be buying anywhere I can.
Alex Kielar | June 3rd, 2019 Zack Thompson, LHP (Kentucky) Height: 6’3” Weight: 225 lb Age: 21 Bats: Left Throws: Left
