Another week has gone by and we have learned plenty. Target players facing the Buffalo Bills. Start the running backs facing the Miami Dolphins. Start the wide receivers facing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Kansas City Chiefs. Likewise, unless it is a superstar, you should probably sit the wide receivers facing the Jacksonville Jaguars, Minnesota Vikings, and the Denver Broncos. Heading into Week 2, there are a ton of glaring matchups that need to be exploited. These are the players I think that you should start or sit depending on the matchup.
It seemed like a blink of an eye as it was announced just minutes ago that the New England Patriots
Everyone loves season long fantasy football. However, daily fantasy football has becomes bigger and bigger over the last few years. Unlike in season long leagues, fantasy owners have to build a line up using a salary cap. The best way to build those line ups is to find good value players in order to spend big on top end players. Below I have put together seven players under $6,000 on both DraftKings and FanDuel that fantasy owners should take a look at in week two.
Eight months ago the New England Patriots narrowly beat the Jacksonville Jaguars 24-20 to advance to yet another Super Bowl. It was a hard-fought game on both sides. There may have been a few questionable calls, but that’s an argument for another time. Let’s focus on the game this Sunday, and see how these two AFC heavyweights stack up the second time around.
Hope everybody’s Week 1 went according to plan and you secured that win. We are back again with streaming options for QB, TE, D/ST and I’ll be including my kicker pickup of the week. Plus some deep “boom” plays at running back and wide receiver for Week 2 if you’re looking for a lottery ticket.
Trading in fantasy football isn’t exactly for the risk-averse. Although, it would be hard to imagine a football season without it. And there is nothing quite like putting together a trade offer that ends up helping your team in the long run. The difficulty is not only finding that deal but also weighing the potential risk versus the potential gain. For instance, the aftermath of Week 1 provides ample opportunity to take advantage of some serious tilting. However, there is the risk of overreacting and falling victim to the dangers of small sample sizes.
Phew, football is back and will be here to stay for every weekend until February. Week 1 of the new NFL season has now concluded and we’ve already experienced a fair share of memorable moments. From shocking upsets to incredible comebacks, there’s plenty to be excited for from here on out. In case you missed out on any bit of the action, here are our picks for the NFL Week 1: Award Winners.
Week 1 is now in the books and with that we can start to find trends. But first a little Greek mythology lesson. Have you ever heard of the Cerberus? It’s a three-headed dog that guards the gates of Hades.
Every week fantasy owners have tough decisions to make. Whether it is who to start in their flex spot or if they should start a less quality player against a weaker defense. I will be giving my fantasy followers my solo rankings based on PPR scoring. If you have more specific questions regarding fantasy football, my rankings or need help with your team, ask me on twitter and as always happy hunting fantasy friends.
Week one is officially in the books and to the surprise of no one, there were fireworks everywhere. As is normally the case, week one brought about upsets, disappointments and shocking performances. With that said it’s time to see who were the biggest movers in the week two addition of The Scorecrow NFL Power 16.
Over the past couple of years, there has been no running back more productive than Le’Veon Bell. The past two seasons Bell has totaled over 3,830 total yards, and 20 total TDs. However, with the high production Bell produces, his price tag will also match the level of his play. Bell is reluctant to signing yet another franchise tag, so unless he and the Pittsburgh Steelers can work out a long-term deal, they will be parting ways in 2019. So here are my top three potential landing spots for Le’Veon Bell in 2019.
