Today we have a couple of Game Twos. I will run down the players who should return value and will get you points whether you are playing a Classic matchup or a Showdown. There may be a Captain or two in this group and we know how valuable a cheaper option can be. Let’s get to it.
Two teams that won over 100 games this season will begin their battle in the Bronx tonight at 7:07 ET. This series should be full of scoring as the Yankees and Twins were #1 and #2 in HRs (Twins 307-Yankees 306) and runs (Yankees 943-Twins 939). The pitching will have to be on point for both sides and mistakes in the field and on the basepaths will give the other side extra outs. Neither team can afford that with the firepower these squads have. Let’s break down the matchup.

We begin with surprise and disappointment teams, then break down the Wild Card games. We also ask, “Should the Wild Card round be one game or a best of 3?”

Tonight will be a good night to practice what it will be like once playoff baseball begins in October. Way fewer games to pick from for our starting lineups. All toll just five are on the docket for the evening slate. Pretty straight forward, we have an ace going for Cleveland against the woeful Detroit Tigers. As for bats, three powerhouse offenses should be targeted as they are all in good spots against a left-handed starter. Let’s get right to it and go Around the Horn!
Tonight we have flamethrower Gerrit Cole and his 0.82 ERA in September as the easy favorite as the number one starting pitcher, in turn, we will have to find value at SP2 to pay up for Cole. As for bats, the Twins, Cubs, Indians, and Astros are all in good spots and will likely lead the way as popular options to target for offense. Let’s take a trip around the diamond, let’s go Around the Horn!
With the MLB season winding down, we won’t have many more opportunities to take advantage and make some money playing DFS. We need to capitalize on the remaining opportunities. That brings us to tonight’s slate of 14 games, starting a little later than normal at 7:05 ET. On the docket, we have a game at Coors Field which we always have to prioritize one way or the other, as well as some pitchers in good spots. To save you time and research, I went ahead and put some work in for you. The daily grind keeps rolling and we aren’t slowing down for anything or anyone. It’s time to get right back to it.
