For what feels like the umpteenth season in a row, the Pittsburgh Steelers failed to live up to their potential in 2020. A super shaky 11-0 start was followed up by a 1-4 finish to close out the regular season. Then, their year ended with giving up nearly 50 points up at home to the Cleveland Browns in the playoffs.
The 2020 season offered some strong play from the defensive backs. As we continue our trip around the gridiron, here are the top 10 defensive backs for the past season.

Routing Cleveland 38-7, Ben Roethlisberger and company had their way with the Browns throughout the contest’s duration, racking up 277 yards of total offense, while forcing Baker Mayfield into multiple interceptions. Pittsburgh jumped out to a 24-0 lead, ending Cleveland’s four-game win streak and extending the Browns’ losing streak at Heinz Field to 17 games.
The first Monday Night Football game of the season will feature two teams looking to bounce back from subpar 2019 seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers taking on the New York Giants.

What a crazy week two! A lot of big names players on the offensive side of the ball suffering injuries. Hopefully, your IDP guys made up for those points you missed out on and covered those margins that could’ve hurt you. I know my guys did, when Drew Brees went down Alvin Kamara seemed to fall off. Thankfully my IDP guys picked up the slack.
According to various reports, ESPN’s including Cameron Wolfe, the Miami Dolphins are allowing second-year defensive back Minkah Fitzpatrick to look for a team to be traded to. The New York Jets should be in the mix and should absolutely do everything they can to trade for the young defensive back.
