Welcome to the post-Week 8 edition of triggering power rankings.
With a surplus of running back depth, the Kansas City Chiefs have elected to trade running back DeAndre Washington to the Miami Dolphins.
The New York Jets had little hope going into this week to grab their first win finally. That sliver of hope was lost by halftime against the Kansas City Chiefs as the reigning Super Bowl champions handled the Jets with ease in this one.
In their title defense season, the Kansas City Chiefs are off to a hot start sitting at 6-1. The Chiefs only loss came to the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 5. However, outside of that one day, the Chiefs have been dominant and aren’t in any dire need to make a move here at the trade deadline.
The winless New York Jets travel to Arrowhead Stadium to take on the 6-1 Kansas City Chiefs. The Jets are still seeking their first victory of the season, while the Chiefs look to build off an impressive Week 7 win over the Denver Broncos.

It was an offensive onslaught in Week 6 for the NFL rookies. This past week had five skill position players surpass 100 yards from scrimmage, and the rookie cornerback class is starting to earn its stripes as the league nears the midway point.
