On Feb. 25, the Baltimore Ravens released Michael Crabtree, making him a free agent. Crabtree will instantly become one of the best wide receivers on the open market. Now is the time to look into teams that may be interested in upgrading their WR corps this season.

Does this sound familiar? In 2018 the Buffalo Bills traded up and drafted their franchise QB, Josh Allen. The Bills did not plan on him playing this year as they wanted him to develop and learn the pro game. The Bills needed to improve on their offensive line and get receivers for Allen to throw too.
If the Bills can replicate the offseasons that the Rams and Bears had after drafting their franchise quarterbacks, perhaps they can replicate their playoff success, too.
