Texas Rangers 2022 Season Preview

In 2021 the Texas Rangers finished with the third-fewest wins in baseball. Texas won just 24 of their 57 road games as the starting pitching struggled. While they are still rebuilding, there is some excitement surrounding the Rangers 2022 campaign.

2021 MLB Trade Deadline Preview: Tampa Bay Rays

MLB DFS: Sunday Main Slate – Hurlers, Boppers, and Stacks

How great is it to have baseball back? Personally, I am beyond excited it’s back and to be contributing MLB DFS articles again. Hopefully, it’ll provide some good information that can help you set your lineups and win some money in the process. Make sure to check weather situations and starting lineups before locking them in. With that said, let’s jump right into it with some of my favorite picks for today’s early slate of games beginning at 1:05 ET.

MLB DFS – Make That Money Monday, Targets and Stacks for 9/9/19

There are two NFL games on tonight after the big opening Sunday yesterday. There was baseball on yesterday and a slate of games that not many paid attention to. Tonight, however, there are eight games on the main slate on DraftKings. The perfect sized slate following a crazy, yet enjoyable Sunday of football. Rules are around for a reason. I have a few rules when I look at streamer picks, not only for myself but for when I do this article as well. I don’t pick Rockies pitchers. I don’t pick pitchers pitching in Colorado visiting. I typically don’t pick prospects pitching in their first game up unless they’re elite talents facing an excellent matchup. And I don’t pick pitchers coming off of injury unless they’re a number one or two fantasy starter facing an excellent matchup, which you normally wouldn’t get in a streamer option anyway. Well, I decided to pick Steven Matz for us all anyway, and he proceeded to get decimated by the Marlins. THE MARLINS?!? He allowed two runs on five hits and two walks in 3.2 innings pitched, though he at least got six strikeouts out of the ordeal. It just goes to show you, kids: follow the rules, especially the ones you put on yourself. They’re usually there for a reason.

In my last offering, I suggested using the Rays’ bulk reliever as a streaming option on Wednesday. Jalen Beeks got the call to follow Ryne Stanek as an opener. The outing wasn’t quite was I was expecting or hoping to see from Beeks.
