Fantasy Football Sleepers for Week 7
With a third of the way through the NFL season, Week 7 is upon us, meaning that it’s time for our weekly fantasy sleepers.

With a third of the way through the NFL season, Week 7 is upon us, meaning that it’s time for our weekly fantasy sleepers.

A few weeks back, I wrote a similar article like this one providing six running backs to target on the waiver wire after we saw Saquon Barkley and Christian McCaffrey end up on injured reserve. Unfortunately, we had another weekend with two more star running backs going down with serious injuries.
To help fantasy football players with their roster construction, three of our writers have provided some insight on which players they would start, would sit, and consider a sleeper for this week. Be sure to follow all of them on twitter and ask any of The Scorecrow’s fantasy writers for fantasy advice.
The month of November has been a wacky one in the NFL. The Dolphins are 2-0 as they defeated the Jets and Colts this month after going 0-7 in the first two months of the season. Meanwhile, coming off a bye, the Rams lost to the Steelers on Sunday while the Saints got destroyed by the Falcons. This coming week the Packers, Giants, Seahawks, and Titans are on a bye, leaving fantasy owners with several key players unavailable as they push for a playoff spot.
The Lions came into this game thinking that a Chicago offense lead byΒ Mitchell TrubiskyΒ would at least put a band-aid on the problems that were on the defensive side. It turned out not to be true. While Trubisky only threw for 145 yards, the Lions secondary allowed him to throw for three touchdowns, and that’s all the Bears needed in a 20-13 victory over Detroit.
One of my favorite activities to take part in at bars, other than drinking, of course, is playing darts. Throwing darts takes precision aim, but if you hit the bullseye or triple-20 youβre sitting very pretty. Itβs the same concept when it comes to taking down large field tournaments otherwise known as GPPs. Sometimes you have to get a little weird and go off the radar. You donβt have to get a ton of these guys in your lineup, but one or two could be incredibly beneficial. It could also fail miserably. But if youβre playing in a tournament like the Milly Maker on DraftKings, youβre going to need to get creative and use at least one low-owned player. Without further ado, letβs get to some Dart Throws that might help us take home a ton of money.
Ah yes, it was a duel of top-tier QBs in Detroit this afternoon.Β Matthew StaffordΒ took onΒ Patrick Mahomes in a battle that Lions fans won’t forget, but may want to. A day that looked promising early, and even late, turned for the worse as Darrel Williams crossed the goal line to seal the deal for the Chiefs.
You read that right. The Lions did what the NFL is trying so desperately to make impossible, end a game in a tie. After taking a 24-6 lead into the 4th quarter, the Cardinals rallied back to send the game to Overtime. A pair of field goals evened the score at 27, and the game ended there.

π¨ BREAKING: Justin Fields is a KANSAS CITY CHIEF! #Chiefs
βThe "Architect" does it again! Brett Veach has finalized a trade with the Jets to bring QB Justin Fields to the Kingdom.
βπ° KC only pays $3M of Fields' $10M guarantee (Jets cover the rest!) and gives up just a 2027
The #Titans have released CB L'Jarius Sneed, which saves the team $11.4M in cap space. That means he's a Free Agent, and the #Chiefs need a starting cornerback.
