There are only three races left in the NASCAR cup series regular-season before the playoffs begin. Things are really starting to heat up for the last couple of playoff positions. This weekend, the cup series heads to Dover Deleware for the final doubleheader on the cup series schedule.
We now leave Daytona Beach and move north to Dover, Delaware, and the Infamous Monster Mile. The track is a one-mile concrete oval, with 24-degree banking in the turns and nine degrees banked straight away’s. This will be a doubleheader weekend after which there will be five more races until the Playoffs start.
We are back with another edition of Core Four! We are making bank with our plays and we hope to continue that trend! Lots of fun games and players today so let’s get right to it!
The Cardinals had at least one more positive COVID-19 test, forcing their game against the Cubs tonight to be postponed. Other than that, every other team in the league is in action tonight, with 13 games under the main 7:05 pm est slate. I will give you players from that slate as well as the short slates.
Last week’s race at New Hampshire was dominated by Brad Keselowski and he ultimately ended up winning the race. This week the NASCAR Cup Series heads up north to Michigan International Speedway. This weekend will feature a Cup Series doubleheader. There will be two races with both races being 312 miles long. First, we will kick things off with Saturday’s cup race. The starting lineup was determined by a random draw. Let’s jump right into my top drivers for Saturday’s FireKeepers Casino 400.
After coming off three straight Xfinity wins, Austin Cindric was looking to add to his incredible win streak at Kansas. Cindric had cleared both of the first two stages and would lead 131 of 175 laps. However, Gibbs driver Brandon Jones would end up spoiling those plans. As it would come down to a second green-white-checkered.
Tonight’s slate features eight games. Five of these games being an Eastern Conference team against a Western Conference team. Here are my best value players and predictions for tonight’s games.
Tonight’s divisional game is huge for both teams. The Pittsburgh Steelers head into the Dawg Pound to face off against the Cleveland Browns. Both teams just came off of huge victories. The Browns are in a must-win scenario if they want to make it into the playoffs. The Steelers need a win to stay in the division race with the Baltimore Ravens. Here are my top players in this huge AFC North matchup.
We got a solid seven-game slate for tonight. The best matchup is the Houston Rockets against the Los Angeles Clippers. Paul George is also scheduled to come back and the Clippers will be at full strength. Below are my top value players for this slate.
This is the best Monday Night Football game so far this year. The undefeated San Francisco 49ers face off against their divisional rival Seattle Seahawks. The Seahawks are 7-2 and need to win this game if they want to win the division. The 49ers can take a three-game lead in the division and be in control of there own destiny for the top seed in the NFC with a victory. Here are my top players for tonight’s game.
This is a must-win divisional game for both teams. The Los Angeles Chargers started the season 2-5 and have won two in a row to get back to 4-5. The Oakland Raiders are right in the middle of the playoff race as well at 4-4. Both teams are fighting to stay alive in the wild card race and even the division battle with the Kansas City Chiefs. Here are my top players in this game that should be very close and hard-fought.
