Most of the blame falls upon the head coach when the team doesn’t do well, leading to their departure, most of the time from the general manager. Sometimes, when things need a full rebuild, both the general manager and head coach get fired. That is the case of a few teams already this season.

Unfortunately, the NFL rescheduled tonight’s game between the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers because of multiple positive Covid-19 cases in the Ravens’ organization. However, we still have two great games today.
The Houston Texans will spend their holiday in Detroit, MI as they face the Lions in the latter’s traditional Thanksgiving Day game, kicking off Week 12 of the NFL.

Except for a six-year span due to World War II, the Lions have played on Thanksgiving every year since 1934. They have a 37-41-2 record on Thanksgiving but have lost their last three games on the holiday.

The Week 11 matchup between the Detroit Lions (4-5) and the Carolina Panthers (3-7) has the potential to be an exciting game on both sides of the field. The teams are comparable on paper and each should put up a good fight for the victory.

The 4-2 Colts are coming off of their bye week and look to continue their success against the 3-3 Lions. Detroit will look to keep pace with the Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers in the NFC North, while the Colts look to keep pace with the Titans in the AFC South and Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens in the wild card race.
