In one of the worst defensive line classes in memory, there are some names that are noticeably sticking out. One of them is Alim McNeill from NC State. McNeill was a running back and linebacker in high school before adding about 50 pounds to his frame to become a nose tackle for the Wolfpack. There are a few things that stick out immediately when watching him, and those are his power and strength.
Coxie played two games in the 2020 season before opting out and declaring for the NFL draft. His 2018 and 2019 seasons were impressive as he put up 72 catches for 1,174 yards and seven touchdowns in 2018, and 76 catches for 1,276 yards for nine touchdowns in 2019. He’s not going to be a burner with his speed but he has the size and wingspan to be a contested catch/big body receiver at the NFL level. Carlos Basham Jr. is being mocked all over the place, and for good reason. He’s one of the most polarizing players to scout in this draft class. There are some real inconsistencies, paired with some serious flashes of a special player.
The pride of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Benjamin St-Juste looks to become yet another Canadian NFL prospect to go early in the NFL Draft. He looks to join former secondary partner Antoine Winfield Jr as the next of PJ Fleck’s players to hit the professional ranks.
The TCU defense is known for having one of the best, if not the best secondary in all of college football. he unsung hero on the defense is Garret Wallow.
