Ohio Gov. Mike Dewine announced in a press conference on Thursday that the Cleveland Indians, as well as other outdoor sporting and entertainment events in Ohio, will be permitted to host the public. Outdoor events will be permitted to host 30 percent capacity while indoor events will be allowed 25 percent capacity.
