The Tennessee Titans who have reached a deal with former Atlanta Falcons linebacker Vic Beasley Jr.

Beasley tallied 37.5 sacks in his five seasons in Atlanta, since being selected eighth overall in the 2015 NFL Draft out of Clemson.

The 27-year-old led the league with 15.5 sacks in 2016. He also led the league in forced fumbles in the same season, earning his first Pro Bowl selection.

The pass rush was one of the highest priorities for the Titans. After they signed quarterback Ryan Tannehill to a multi-year deal, they placed the franchise tag on defending NFL rushing champion Derrick Henry and locked up offensive tackle Dennis Kelly after Jack Conklin agreed to a deal with Cleveland, solidifying the offense.

Now they are 100 percent focused on the defensive side of the ball. Beasley will join Harold Landry and Rahsaan Evans in the Titans linebacking corps.
