Hopefully, you read my weekly prop bets article before today’s games kicked off, but if you didn’t, you have the chance to make some money tonight. In primetime, we have a matchup between the New Orleans Saints and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It will be the second time these two teams will face off this season, but it will be only the second game for Antonio Brown in almost two years. However, which prop bets should gamblers consider placing? Here are my five favorite prop bets for tonight’s game.

Tom Brady Over 2.5 Passing Touchdowns (+165)

In Week 1, these two teams faced off, and Brady threw for two touchdowns in that game. However, since then, the Buccaneers’ offense has started to click, as Brady is averaging just under three passing touchdowns per game over his last six games. Meanwhile, the Saints have given up at least two passing touchdowns in every game this season. Furthermore, they have given up three or more passing touchdowns in four of their last six games. Brady will have Brown, Chris Godwin, Mike Evans, and Rob Gronkowski on primetime television tonight. Don’t be surprised if he makes a statement game and throws five touchdowns.

Jared Cook to Score an Anytime Touchdown (+240)

Cook has played well this season, catching a touchdown in four of his last five games, including three straight. He has been a go-to target for Drew Brees in the red zone, and that shouldn’t change tonight. The Buccaneers have done a good job slowing down wide receivers this season but have been average against tight ends. Over their last five games, the Buccaneers have given up three touchdowns to the tight end position. This game should be high scoring, and while the Saints should have Michael Thomas back tonight, expect Cook to have his fourth straight game with a touchdown.

Ronald Jones Under 13.5 Rushing Attempts (-125)

Since the return of Leonard Fournette, Jones has become an afterthought. During the three games Fournette missed with an injury, Jones averaged 20 rushing attempts per game. However, in the two games since Fournette has returned, Jones has a total of 20 rushing attempts. Furthermore, he fumbled last week, and Bruce Arians left him on the bench for multiple series in favor of Fournette. To make matters worse, the Saints have been successful in shutting down the running game this season, holding running backs to only 3.6 yards per attempt. Between the tough matchup and his limited role, expect Jones to see fewer than 10 rushing attempts in this game.

Drew Brees Over 1.5 Passing Touchdown (-167)

Quietly, Brees has thrown two or more in all but two games this season, including four of his last five games. Furthermore, Brees had two passing touchdowns in Week 1 against the Buccaneers despite throwing for a season-low 160 yards. Meanwhile, the Buccaneers have given up two or more passing touchdowns in half of their games this season. However, they have allowed two passing touchdowns to both Derek Carr and Daniel Jones over their last two games. If the Buccaneers can’t stop Carr and Jones, there is no way they stop Brees from throwing two or more touchdowns tonight.

Rob Gronkowski Under 38.5 Receiving Yards (+101)

Over his last three games, Gronkowski has at least four receptions and a touchdown in each contest. However, with Godwin returning tonight and Brown making his Buccaneers debut, Gronk’s production will likely decrease. Furthermore, Gronk has finished with under 30 receiving yards in just under half his games this season, including only 11 yards in their Week 1 matchup. Meanwhile, the Saints have held tight ends to 40 or fewer receiving yards in four straight games, including a total of 26 receiving yards over their last two games. With so many weapons at wide receiver and in the backfield, don’t expect Brady to look Gronk’s way very often tonight.
