This cold streak will end, I promise you. What better way to end it than some Thursday night action. Here are your best bets for tonight. Let’s make some money for this weekend’s action.

2020 Record: 23-23

MLB: Braves vs Dodgers (-1.5)

I think it is safe to say that the Dodgers took out some frustrations last night after falling down 2-0 in the series. This team cannot afford to not win a World Series. They are too talented and have come so close. Clayton Kershaw will be on the mound tonight, and after his performance in the NLDS, he will finally kick that “playoff Kershaw” title that has been following him his entire career.

MLB: Astros vs Rays (ML-120)

The Astros are still very much capable of winning this series. The only problem is, Zack Greinke pitched last night and as I am writing this out, the Astros are still undecided on who will start tonight. The Rays are a very weird team, they don’t necessarily have any superstars, but they are very well balanced. They are basically the bizarro Dodgers. The Rays will win their first pennant since 2008 tonight.

CFB: Georgia State (+3.5) vs Arkansas State

Both teams play a very up-tempo style of offense, so the over of 73 might be worth a look. However, I’m holding off until we get some early scores so the point total gets much higher and I snag the under. Anyway, this game is going to come down to which defense is going to make a late stop. With Georgia State having a little bit of an edge on defense, I am taking Georgia State in an upset.
