Are You Tilting Right Now? Cause You’re Not Alone.

As I scroll through Twitter I have seen so many polls on do I trade David Johnson, do I trade Kareem Hunt. If you drafted either one of them this season, you may be on full tilt right now. Not only are we entering Week 3 of the regular season and Patrick Mahomes seems like he rather push the ball downfield than check down to his running back and the Cardinals offense is complete trash. So where are you on Hunt and Johnson?

Week 3 Streaming Options: QB, TE, D/ST, K, and Deep “Boom” Plays

Week 3 is upon us. The football season has been crazy so far. Ryan Fitzpatrick leads the league in fantasy points, Matt Breida leads the league in rush yards and Desean Jackson is the receiving king through two weeks of play. If you play the strategy of streaming a QB, it has paid off well thus far as there have been plenty of quarterbacks outside of the top 12 weekly rankings that have performed very highly. Performances like Blake Bortles’ explosion for 30+ fantasy points against the Patriots last week secure confidence in streaming week in and week out.

Week 3 Waiver Wire Adds

It has only been two weeks and there are already unheard of stars coming out of the woodworks to prove their worthiness of being on our rosters. This week, we had players stake their claim on the number one job for their team, and unfortunately, there was an injury or two so there are a few guys stepping into increased roles. Week 2 will prove to be an import waiver wire week this season, so pay attention and don’t let the gems slip away. The following FAAB values are based on a $100 budget.

Start Em’ Sit Em’ – Week 2

Another week has gone by and we have learned plenty. Target players facing the Buffalo Bills. Start the running backs facing the Miami Dolphins. Start the wide receivers facing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Kansas City Chiefs. Likewise, unless it is a superstar, you should probably sit the wide receivers facing the Jacksonville Jaguars, Minnesota Vikings, and the Denver Broncos. Heading into Week 2, there are a ton of glaring matchups that need to be exploited. These are the players I think that you should start or sit depending on the matchup.

Buying, Selling, and Trading on the Fantasy Market – Week 2

Trading in fantasy football isn’t exactly for the risk-averse. Although, it would be hard to imagine a football season without it. The difficulty is not only finding that deal but also weighing the potential risk versus the potential gain. For instance, the aftermath of Week 1 provides ample opportunity to take advantage of some serious tilting. However, there is the risk of overreacting and falling victim to the dangers of small sample sizes.

Start Em’ Sit Em’: Week 1

Fantasy Football is all about playing the matchups. Week 1 is the most unpredictable week of the fantasy season, but we know enough about the teams to make some pretty safe matchup decisions. The following are players in each position that I think you should start or sit based on their week 1 opponents. But don’t get cute. Only sit these players if you have better options, not simply different options. You should never be sitting Marshawn Lynch for Giovani Bernard.

Le’Veon Bell Fallout Options for Week 1

September 5th, 2018. A day that lives in infamy amongst those that drafted Le’Veon Bell. A day where “well, this sucks” (or something with far more expletives) was the prevailing thought. And a day where Bell’s scorched-earth tactic changed the fantasy landscape. What was once a peaceful community filled with hope about the upcoming season is now a land of chaos and desperation due to the giant question mark that is Bell and his situation. And while Bell might be the only person to have a definitive answer regarding this predicament, there are still options for fantasy managers in week 1.
