The 2021 NFL Draft is just over a week away. After months of preparation, it’s almost time to get on the clock and make a pick. With just over a week to go, it is time to release our staff’s group positional rankings.
After a terrific 2019 season that included an FBS leading 2,094 rushing yards and 21 rushing touchdowns, Chuba Hubbard decided to play in 2020 despite the option to opt-out because of Covid-19 and prepare for the draft.

We are almost there! The 2021 NFL Draft is three weeks away, and the excitement builds up more every day. With most of free agency behind us and the draft rumor mill picking up speed, Prime Time Sports Talk has put together their first group mock draft of the 2021 NFL Draft.
When the New York Jets traded Sam Darnold to the Carolina Panthers, it took the Panthers out of the quarterback draft market. It also guaranteed the first three picks of the 2021 NFL Draft are going to be quarterbacks. However, will the Atlanta Falcons select a quarterback with the fourth overall pick?
The Arizona Cardinals have been aggressive this offseason, signing J.J. Watt and A.J. Green while trading for Rodney Hudson. However, the Cardinals still have several holes on the roster to fill in the draft. With only selections picks, including two in the top 150, the Cardinals will need to hit on all of their picks this year.
The Carolina Panthers are entering the second year of the Matt Rhule era. In his first draft class, Rhule and the Panthers were the only team to use all their picks on defensive players. After a 5-11 record in 2020, Carolina earned the eighth pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. Let’s take a look at what the future holds for Carolina.
Happy April Fools Day! The 2021 NFL Draft kicks off today… yeah, we wish. However, we are only four weeks away from the first round. Until then, we read every mock draft possible to get our draft fix. In the spirit of April Fools Day, I have put together a different kind of mock draft.
After finishing the 2020 season with a 5-11 record, the Detroit Lions have made several changes. The Lions face a long rebuilding process but currently have only six picks in the 2021 NFL Draft this year. As they look towards the future, expect the Lions to be active in trade conversations during the draft.
After winning the NFC East with a 7-9 record, the Washington Football Team will have the 19th overall pick in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft. While Washington signed Ryan Fitzpatrick in free agency, that won’t keep them from trading up in the first round for a quarterback if the deal is right.
The free agency period hasn’t been friendly to the Tennessee Titans. They lost Corey Davis, Jonnu Smith, and Adam Humphries. Even though they signed Josh Reynolds, the Titans need to add at least one wide receiver in the draft.
