The Toronto Blue Jays are hellbent on building their rotation this season. They add Ross Stripling from the Los Angeles Dodgers for two players to be named later.
The Arizona Diamondbacks continue to send out pitchers. They just sent Archie Bradley to the Cincinnati Reds for utilityman Josh VanMeter and outfielder Stuart Fairchild.
The Miami Marlins are buyers and sellers this year. One player they moved was Jonathan Villar. He becomes a Toronto Blue Jay. The Jays give up Griffin Conine.
Another starting pitcher is on the move. The Texas Rangers have traded Mike Minor to the Oakland A’s for two players to be named later.
Let’s go back to the Short Slate tonight on DraftKings. The last time we played one it went pretty well with Trevor Story and Nolan Arenado mashing. Can we find lightning in a bottle again?
Entering today, the Minnesota Twins were in a three-way tie for first place in the AL Central. Will they make any moves before Monday’s trade deadline? With an abundance of talent and a shot at a World Series ring, there is reason to believe the Twins are in a position to make a major deal and acquire a player.
A little something different for tonight’s MLB DFS. DraftKings has two games on their late-night short slate: San Francisco Giants vs Los Angeles Dodgers and Arizona Diamondbacks vs Colorado Rockies.
