The Los Angeles Dodgers have not won a World Series since 1988. Now despite longer droughts occurring in Baseball, this one stands out when you take into consideration the last two seasons. Since 1988, the Dodgers have either been mediocre or in some cases a solid playoff team. This all changed when the Dodgers finally won the pennant in 2017. Years of struggle and anguish among the Los Angeles faithful had now changed, and then in the World Series that year the Dodgers lost.
The Dodgers could trade for Edwin Diaz prior to the trade deadline, per Buster Olney.
Asher Wojciechowski has bumped around the league for years. Finally, at age 30 he might get the starts he needs to make an impact on fantasy baseball teams. Playing for a horrible Orioles team this year, Asher has finally gotten his shot and so far as made the most of it. In five games and four starts he has posted a 1-3 record with a 12.13 K/9, 1.04 WHIP and 3.91 ERA. He can become a potential player who wins you your fantasy leagues, but of course there are some risks.
Moments after winning their 30th game of the season, the Tigers had someone to thank for it. His name, Nicholas Castellanos. Detroit’s outfielder hit a homer in the 10th inning to seal the victory and, well, not much more given the season the Tigers are in the middle of.
The Los Angeles Rams made it a point to retool this offseason in hopes of returning to the Super Bowl. One of the major pickups for last year’s NFC Champions was former Baltimore Ravens safety Eric Weddle. Especially when his peers go on to vote him as one of the Top 100 players in the NFL.

When the Red Sox won the World Series last year, they were lead by stars Mookie Betts, Chris Sale, and J.D. Martinez. Even with their success, young players like Rafael Devers were inconsistent. This season that has been a different story as Devers and Xander Bogaerts have emerged as a deadly duo. The young infielders have lead the Red Sox offense which is currently one of the best in baseball.
The Detroit Pistons, Chicago Bulls, and Orlando Magic all have interest in trading for DeMar DeRozan.
Brandon Ingram, Lonzo Ball, and Josh Hart were traded to the New Orleans Pelicans a few months ago for Anthony Davis.
Brandon Ingram is the best talent out of those three players, and he’s proven it with the Lakers. In the last six games before getting injured, post-All-Star break, Ingram averaged 28.9 points per game, as a second option on the offensive end. If the Pelicans utilize Ingram correctly, he could be a special player, and one they would regret trading.
