After a great slate of NFL games on Sunday it’s time to focus on the Monday Night Football game. The Las Vegas Raiders will be opening their season at home as they debut their new stadium. The Baltimore Ravens could not be happier to finally get the season started.
It has been a long seven months since we last saw the Tampa Bay Buccaneers take down the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LV. The defending champs kick things off this year in the NFL season opener at Raymond James Stadium.
Last week, at Darlington Martin Truex Jr., put on a clinic. He led 248 laps out of 293 en route to a dominating victory. This week, they head to Dover, Delaware for the Drydene 400. This is a tough track and has the nickname “The Monster Mile” for a reason.

Bears General Manager, Ryan Pace, was all about making moves in the 2021 draft. In fact, outside of the compensatory picks, the Bears did not draft from their original draft position in any of the seven rounds of the draft. They were all acquired during trades. The Bears had seven total picks after trading up twice in the first two rounds and trading back in round six. In moving up, they lost their first and fourth-round pick in 2022. Pace definitely made a splash in this year’s draft.
The NASCAR Cup Series is back for another race. This week, they head to Richmond for the Toyota Owners 400. Hopefully, the rain stays away for this race because the past two cup races have been postponed until the following day because of rain.
After heading to Bristol for the Food City Dirt Race the NASCAR Cup series had a weekend off for Easter. They are back this week and head to Martinsville for the Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500. The cars will be off the dirt and back on the pavement for 500 laps on the .526 of a mile short track.
It has been over 50 years since the NASCAR Cup Series has raced on dirt. That will change this weekend after they transformed the Bristol concrete half-mile race track into a half-mile of dirt. This is one of the biggest wild card races of the season and will be wildly entertaining for race fans.
The NASCAR Cup Series continues their trip out west with a stop at Phoenix Raceway. This will be the shortest track of the season thus far at only one mile. Now let’s jump right into my top bets for this weekend’s race.
The Seattle Seahawks went 12-4 and won the NFC West in 2020. This year’s draft is going to be very tough for the Seahawks.
