Kittle, originally a fifth-round pick in 2017, was selected All-Pro twice in a row in the last two seasons.

Kittle also set the record for most receiving yards in a single season by a tight end in 2018 with 1,377 yards.

He’s also regarded as one of the best blockers in his position.

Kittle is one of the league’s most dynamic tight-ends as he can lineup like a fullback at times.

The 49ers now will retain a star core of Jimmy Garoppolo, Kittle, and Nick Bosa for many years to come, and will hope to bring a championship to San Fran after a great run in 2019.
