“We believe our client is innocent of all charges,” Cohen told Cameron Wolfe of ESPN. “We urge people not to rush to judgment. We have affidavits from several witnesses that exonerate my client.”

Baker and Seattle Seahawks cornerback Quinton Dunbar are accused of forcefully stealing money and watches while armed with semiautomatic firearms at a party late Wednesday night. The arrest warrant states that Baker threatened people with a firearm and ordered another suspect to shoot someone who had just arrived to the party.

Baker is facing four counts of armed robbery with a firearm and four counts of aggravated assault with a firearm. Dunbar, who hasn’t turned himself in yet, is facing four counts of armed robbery with a firearm.

Baker is currently being held without bond and bail could be set during his first court appearance on Sunday, according to Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News. Cohen claims there is video evidence that exonerates him.

Baker could face 15 years in prison for each of the four counts of armed robbery if found guilty.
