A player the New England Patriots cannot afford to lose looks to be struggling in the season’s home stretch.
Wide receiver Julian Edelman who leads Patriots receivers in almost every single statistical category imaginable, looked hobbled as he deals with two injuries.

To start the season, the Kent State alum dealt with a rib injury. Edelman played through it only to run into shoulder and knee problems which he is now clearly doing his best to work through.
It was clear Edelman’s performance against Cincinnati was a hindered one with his worst performance of the season recording only two receptions for nine yards.
Edelman’s presence in the offense is crucial to success the remainder of the season as he commonly draws double coverage leaving room for the other receivers to have easier matchups across the field.
