Good news this time for the New England Patriots and their fans.
Per reports, starting center Ted Karras who sustained a knee injury weeks ago, was on the plane today traveling with the team to Cincinnati.
In edition, Julian Edelman and Mohamed Sanu who have both been dealing with lingering injuries, also made the trip.
The Patriots have downgraded backup DT Byron Cowart (head) to out for Sunday’s game vs. the Bengals. Good news for the team comes with WR Julian Edelman (knee/shoulder) and C Ted Karras (knee) making the trip. Both Edelman and Karras are listed as questionable.

The loss of David Andrews propelled Ted Karras to the starting role at center but has had to sit out leaving James Ferentz to take over.
Edelman has been dealing with injuries ranging from his ribs to now his knee and shoulder. This has not hampered his play however as he has caught 90 passes for 1,010 yards and six scores.
Sanu suffered a high-ankle sprain returning a punt and has not been nearly as productive in his time on the field.
The Bengals are record-wise one of the worst the NFL has to offer, but the Patriots are in desperate need of a win after back to back defeats.
While this is not concrete that they will indeed play, all signs likely point to Karras making his return as well as Edelman and Sanu suiting up.
The teams face off at 1:00 p.m. tomorrow.
