Report: Patriots Draft Wide Receiver

In another surprise move, the New England Patriots selected wide receiver N’keal Harry out of Arizona State in the first round with pick No.32 in the 2019 NFL Draft.

The official Twitter Account of the Sun Devils congratulated their wide receiver joining the reigning Super Bowl champions.

Harry, 21, is the first receiver picked on the first day in the Brady/Belichick era and the first since Terry Glenn Jr. picked at No.7 in the 1996 NFL Draft.

He is the highest selected wide receiver by the team since Chad Jackson who was picked at No.36 in 2006, and Aaron Dobson at No.59 in 2013.

Harry bursted onto the scene in his sophomore season catching 82 passes for 1182 yards and eight scores earning him First-Team All Conference Honors. In both his sophomore junior seasons, he was given First Team All-Pac-12 honors making an impact as both a punt returner and pass catcher.
