Jaguars Roast Mike Mitchell

Earlier in the week, Pittsburgh Steelers safety Mike Mitchell had this to say in regards to a potential, or more like a guaranteed, rematch with the New England Patriots.

“We’re going to play [the Patriots] again,” Mitchell told Sports Illustrated. “We can play them in hell, we can play them in Haiti, we can play them in New England.?… We’re gonna win.”

Well, as it turns out, Mitchell should have been a bit more focused on Jacksonville, as the Jags came into Pittsburgh and defeated the hosts, 45-42.

It appears the Jaguars were a bit irked by Mitchell’s comments, and responded with this post shortly after the conclusion of today’s game.

There’s always next season.
