Seahawks 48, Lions 45
Sunday’s high-scoring affair between the Seahawks and Lions gave us the first instance of Scorigami in 2022 (and the 1,073rd all-time). This game was dominated by a variety of offensive playmakers, including the running backs. Seattle’s Rashaad Penny finished with 157 scrimmage yards and a pair of touchdowns while Detroit’s Jamaal Williams added 109 yards and two scores of his own. In the passing attack, DK Metcalf emerged with a whopping 149 yards while TJ Hockenson had one of the best tight end performances this season, amassing 179 yards and two touchdowns. While the Seahawks never trailed in this game, the Lions did make things interesting by coming within three points on two separate occasions in the final quarter of play.
